Terrible Customer Service and Delayed Refund

I placed an order on 1 October 2026 and have still not received it. After repeated delivery postponements, I requested a cancellation and full refund, but I am still struggling to get my money back.

I have been dealing with Corne Wagner, and I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service and lack of clear communication. Every time I call, I receive a different explanation.

At this point I don't want anything else besides my full refund
