Rude management

Worst service I have ever had in a store! We bought a gift for father’s day asking if it is not compatible with my dad’s laptop if we could return it. We were told yes definitely! Went back because the product did not work at all! Asked for a return and refund they refused. Asked for the owner and manager they came out immediately in fight mode! Never giving us a chance to speak! After we told them no one told us that we will only be able to get a refund and that it was also not stated on the slip or anywhere in the store they finally gave us a refund! I have never in my life met people so rude and insulting! Be very careful before buying anything!
