Reap off

I'm not sure how new world got the tender to replace appliances from the insurance companies but maybe it's one of their way to reap us off, cause this cant be real or a coincidence that all of my appliances replaced by new world don't finish the warranty provided and I sometimes think they are selling second hand products and their response is worse to non gave them a call on Monday reporting the fridge that was delivered 28th February 2023 and they told me it will take 24-48 hours for them to respond to my query now all the food in the fridge is spoilt.
