Poor and rude customer service from New World Menlyn

Avoid purchasing from New World Menlyn in Pretoria.. l went to this establishment to purchase a R10000 smart Garmin watch. I wanted to select a gold metallic strap first to fit to the Garmin watch. It was however too much trouble for employee Emily to assist me to find the strap on the stand and to match it to the selected Garmin watch. In the end l purchased the strap and went to Sportsman's Warehouse where a friendly, helpful and professional young man Handsome assisted me and l bought the watch from them. Emily is sullen, disrespectful, lazy and unprofessional....simply too much of an effort to assist a client. . The likes of her will see New World go the way of the Post office in SA.....down the drain...the shop will lose customers and will probably close down. They will be without jobs. Well done Emily...you lost your shop a sale of R10000 for a Garmin smart watch! I knew the deceased owner Mr Cohen....wonder what he would have said. I will never purchase anything ever again from New World in Menlyn...they could do well to learn about customer service from Sportsman's Wharehouse
