More than 2 months, still waiting for refund and collection of incorrect product

I ordered a hair dryer. I received a straightener. This was in November. I still haven't received my refund or proof of it - I've asked various times if someone can perhaps send me proof of the refund as I don't see it on my side. They still haven't collected the straightener. I've had so many phone call and email conversations, that I lost track, and now I am being ignored about the refund. The communication is shocking. Terrible service. I will never buy something there again.
