Disrespectful white lady manager

I am a regular client at new world but the disgusting behaviour i saw from the tall white lady manager was disgusting. She was shouting at stuff in front of customers as if they are kids forgetting she’s who she is because of that stuff and customers. She should go for training and learn to revise her manners and how to treat people coz she is utter nuisance.
