Stay away

Extremely unresponsive, just says that they can't assist with no explanation why or what you have to do to qualify. The agent assigned to me was Shayne Steynberg, who ignores emails. Don't even bother trying to do business with them as I have seen a few reviews with people who've had the exact same experience.
