Literally the best company out there

NWI is an incredible organisation. I dealt with three consultants - Matthew, Andrew and then the very lovely Cindy. All three of them were phenomenal. Highly professional and clearly experts in the field. But I have to rave a little more about Cindy, who was my primary case worker. Cindy should be offered an honorary degree in psychology as she was incredible when it came to supporting me emotionally through this process. I don't know how she did it, but she offered me hope while at the same time ensuring I knew the reality of the situation. This helped so much in dealing with the inevitable delays and obstacles that are a part of this process. I appreciated that when she did not know the answer to one of my (many) questions, she would note it and get back to me within a few days, sometimes even a few hours. Thank you to NWI for hiring only the best staff and being an absolute pleasure to work with. You are a highly professional organisation.
