I instructed NWI in January 2020 to oversee my immigration process to Canada. My case file was handled by Miss Carlene.

I was told many times by other South Africans who emigrated to Canada that I was wasting my money hiring an agent to assist me.

Well, I beg to differ. Immigration is a stressful process, as we can all imagine it to be. It is even more challenging when you want to immigrate to another country while you are working in a country other than your home country. Carlene was always well-researched and informed when she dealt with my questions and concerns. Instructions were also given in a detailed, yet simple manner.

For every step during the process such as doing the medical and taking the IELTS, Carlene had to basically take extra time to research the correct procedures to follow in my country of residence. She never asked for any extra fees in return and she never developed an irritation with it.

I am writing this review as I am sitting in a Starbucks in Prague, a few weeks away from boarding a flight to Canada. My PR was approved weeks ago. Carlene's mandate has effectively ended, yet, every time I have a concern or even a Googleable question - Carlene still replies in detail. I recommend them, even if you use them just for your own peace of mind.
