Great service

The service received from NWI from the outset was generally really good. I do wish that more direction/advice was provided in the beginning (before my case manger was assigned) when just signing on, and I did have to do my own research to go the correct direction for myself.

My case manager, Olwen Petersen, has however been amazing. She has been great at explaining things that needed to be done, explaining timelines, pushing to get documents, responding to questions/queries timeously and was very thorough and accurate when submitting important documents to the relevant authorities, which is critical.
