To our knowledge we had signed a written conscent which specifically mentioned a refund policy. When we finally changed our minds and decided against immigration to Canada. We enquired about a refund and were given many excuses such as : You have signed a electronic consent which does not allow refunds You will not receive money but can still use our services to the value of the remaining balance.</div>
