Excellent customer service and worth the money!

My husband and I have submitted our PR application for the Federal S****ed Workers stream to emigrate to Canada. We could not have done this without the help of NWI and their specialized training and knowledge. I am the main applicant. I work as a Senior Tax Cosultant at a firm in Cape Town.

Emigrating is scary and stressful, and so expensive, so when deciding whether to use consultants or not, we decided to use NWI instead of risking things going wrong and possibly being rejected. Rather do everything properly the first time!

Our process started with Kiefer, and being guided re what we qualify for and our possible CRS points. Kiefer was super helpful and responded to all our queries really fast. Once we knew that we could qualify for a PR Visa, our case was handed over to Tina Stegman.

Tina has been AMAZING. There have been incredibly stressful times where docs weren't received on time, and our process was delayed (my hubby ended up needing a Police clearance from the UK at the last minute), but Tina has been there to guide us through every step of the way.I also ended up writing the IELTS exam three times ? (first language English speaker and I got an A for English in high school, go figure!). We've had the support of NWI through all of this, and their guidance has, quite frankly, been priceless.

The docs required at each stage are very specific, right down to the titles and NOC codes used on employment reference letters. I remember going crazy having to get them redone a few times by previous employers, but we would have known no better if we didnt have someone specialized in the field guiding us...

I realise that I sound like an advert for NWI, but I believe in endorsing companies that offer proper and trusted services, and NWI is one of those. It's rare to get excellent customer service these days!!

As we near the 6 month mark for the completion of our Visa processing time, we get weekly updates from Tina to keep our minds at ease.

Hopefully I can update this post soon to say that our Visa was approved, but in the interim, we are confident that our application is in safe hands.
