We have just been granted a PR visa with the help of Cindy and NWI. It was a tumultuous journey filled with delays, covid lockdowns and multiple legislation changes but NWI stuck with us and got us through. My experience with NWI was that they where the most transparent and forthcoming out of all the agencies I considered. The staff are approachable, friendly and sensitive to your concerns. I was given so much information and advice, long before paying a cent, that I probably could have lodged my aplication myself( that would have been a disaster).
