Dedicated and knowledgeable staff with a fantastic personal touch!

Despite many changes in my personal details, the COVID pandemic, and changes in staff, everyone at NWI has been amazing to deal with. No question has been too big or small for them to immediately assist with, and they talked me through every step of the process. Specifically, Laure went to great lengths to find companies that could help process my particular documents in a number of different countries, and always got back to me with answers within a day of my request. She was friendly and efficient, and made me feel at ease with an otherwise stressful process. I absolutely could not have navigated this process alone, and I am beyond grateful to have had such an incredible agency hold my hand through every step of the journey.
