Clients left practically begging for customer service
<p>We signed up with New World Immigration a year ago. They're very happy to take your money but as soon as you've paid it's as if your assigned representative disappears from the face of the earth. The last query regarding our visa application I had, took them 3 weeks to respond to. They provide misleading information when they do bother to get back to you. They're consultants are always on leave. We were told that we had to enter ourselves into the Canadian provincial nomination programmes. Why pay then? You might as well do it yourself or find a company who expresses a genine interest in their clients. Stay away from NWI.</p>
After posting my complaint, I promptly received a phone call from the director at NWI to discuss a way forward. I was impressed with how quickly they reacted. We were able to have a constructive conversation about our case and Robbie offered to address the problems we had very readily. I look forward to working with NWI to finalise our visa arrangements.
