Bad service and first impression

Filled in an online form for an Australian visa. Received an email back saying they are unable to assist at this time. It was a pretty straight forward application. No reasons or contact. Seemed like an impersonal standardised email. Bad first impression, wouldnt use them now or recommend them now anyway.
