AN ORGANISATION WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a very terrible experience with NWI owing to the fact that once you have consented to their heartless and strigent terms and conditions and paid, you will be at their mercy to get their attention during the document processing and even when you seek for refund it will be turned down after SEVERAL MONTHS!This was my experience with Mrs Shonibare Ajose and Mr Chidozie. I want to strongly advise not to pay until you FULLY understand their baseless terms and conditions. It is an organisation with no human face!
