Worst service ever at New World Menlyn

Truly pathetic service. Bought a product that I realized once home was clearly opened before and missing parts. Plus it didn’t satisfy the need I told the salesman about, I never would have bought it if they hadn’t assured me and if I knew the goods were incomplete! When I returned it they had a no care attitude, asking me more than once what was missing as if I’m lying, I showed them again and again before they backed off. Of course now they had my money hostage(told me I would not be getting it back) and told me to go choose something else, I don’t want something else I want my money!!!! I eventually walked out with a credit, which I never wanted!!!! They **** to me, sold me used/incomplete goods, and now they are keeping my hard earned money hostage. They are beyond pathetic!! And others would even say they act like *******. When I turned to their Facebook page, they actually blocked(for I can’t like, follow or comment anything) me as to avoid dealing with the problem, I really feel ****med by them to be honest. If I could give zero stars I would.
