Unacceptable customer Relations

On the 20th of March 2021 I bought a 50” JVC LED Smart Tv at New World Menlyn. A month later the TV stopped working. Calling the store is a nightmare they put you on hold for long and redirect your call to different people without help. I asked for the store manager but always told his not in the store. Sent an email with receipts and explained my situation still no reply after 3 days without a working TV.
