Terrible service and attitude from the Store Manager

Shocked by the costumer service from the shop. Mac Beemer, apparently the Manager in the shop refused to accept goods bought after 20 minutes from the initial purchase. The guy was RUDE, COLD and IMPOSSIBLE. I will never set my foot there in this shop. This man needs to be retrenched doesn’t know what customers service is. What a useless man.
