Terrible Customer Service

An appliance was recently replaced through this company. When I queried when I can expect the delivery to be made so I could ensure that someone was at home to receive the delivery I was simply told it will take place between 11:30 am and 17:00pm. When asked if I could possibly get the information of the courier, I was told that they are unwilling to give me this information. When I then asked how I am supposed to ensure someone was at home, I was simply told that the driver will contact me 30min before the delivery.

In my opinion, this is absolutely unacceptable, they are very quick to want to take your money but the service received after this is absolutely appalling.

100% would not recommend anyone to ever make use of their services!
