So disappointing

I've had 2x skyworth tvs in the last 18 months. Both of them had issues and Skyworth could not care less. Whats worse is that I got the second TV from New World and their service has been extremely disappointing. Why ***** people over by selling inferior products and not giving after sales service? Think twice before buying from New World
