Rude, unhelpful arrogant peoplewith broken products

NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN. I bought two gaming headsets from thjs store at 11 on 25 July 2020. I drove back at 15h00 to try and return them as they were faulty. Oh man what an experience...RUDE staff, arrogant so called managers, and a condescending old man named Leslie that sat in his glass cage and proceeded to reprimand me for being rude to his staff. The young staff they have there have no idea about xlient service. Tested the headsets apparently, and they seem fine. When I asked whether they are testing them with game audio I was told they don't need to it works. I then lost my sense of humor when the so called manager told me that the gamers must move further away from each other then the sound and audio.coming through the microphone won't bother the other person. I then asked them to pack the headsets back as they are practicing ***** to clients, selling broken products and not refunding as per their policy, yeah its on their website...the young snapper threw the headset on the counter and told me to f....ing pack it up myself. I am still shocked . Stay away please
