Rude and unprofessional staff

I had toe deal with New World relating to an insurance claim. Experienced the worst customer service ever with absolutely rude staff in general. Clearly the one hand do not know what the other hand done. First I thought maybe this "staff" experienced a "hard" day BUT after reading the complaints of rude staff as well as other complaints experienced on HP I decided to also mention my experience with them. Proven themselves that we as customers are just there to pay their salaries and spend our money with them. Hoping that I never in my life have to deal with this specifically "staff" ever in my life again. Prepare yourself for an ordeal should you deal with them South Africans. And please do not ask to speak to a "manager" as he or she is missing and cannot be found.
