Poor customer services. Will not recommend New World

Insurance claim uses New World and upon delivery the fridge was damaged when we open the box. Contact immediately Contact person as well as Insurance company and New World informed us that we damaged the fridge, but we had people working at our house that notice when delivery truck came to deliver the appliances were not tied up and the boxes were lying lose so obviously moving around. When we open the packaging the fridge was scratch and the door all skew, but they refuse to replace appliance and put blame on us
