New World Menlyn Incompetence

I purchased an item online and never recieved a response for the item ordered. The next day I called the New World branch in Menlyn to get an update and if there was stock available of the item I ordered, where it reflected as 'in stock' on their website.

I spoke to Daniel who never worried to get back to me. I called the store again and spoke to Derek, this time he mentioned he had 1 of the items and he would out it aside for me. After driving an hour to go and collect this item I am greeted with complete and utter incompetence and sheepish people. Only to be told they can't find the item and that it is not in stock, how on earth do you mess that up???
