Firstly, the only time I went there was because ABSA insurance forced me to go get the items that were ****** from my house. We had to buy a microwave and iron. The Defy microwave does not work, so since it was still within the 2 year warranty, we sent it back to them and they expect us to pay for repairs, their reason being we put a s**** in it, hence it was out fault. As a customer, I feel they do not care, as long as they received that money, my happiness with their goods as a customer does not matter to them. The Russel Hobbs iron does not work as well and I don't even want to go back there.
