Extremely unhappy customer at New World Menlyn

Worst service I have ever received the manager was very rude to me when I tried to return a blender. The blender struggled to switch on when they tested it as it did at home when I tried to use it but I was told nothing was wrong with it. My boyfriend who bought the blender for me as a Christmas gift spoke to the manager over the phone, the manager only spoke to me directly when he handed the phone back to me and rudely remarked that I should finish talking to my boyfriend or whomever he is. I waited to be helped for 30-40 minutes after the lady who asked to help me told me she will be right with me and helped some customers that arrived after I did and eventually someone else then helped me. My boyfriend was enraged and drove to the mall to speak with the people at the store in person where after he was also treated rudely and they refused to let him speak to the manager or supervisor. The people standing behind us heard the commotion and remarked that they too were furious since they were waiting for an hour and a half and have not yet been helped or even offered any assistance. I will not return to New World Menlyn to do any shopping again and I will also not recommend the store to anyone. I was have never been treated so badly by store managers and staff in my life thus far and I deeply regret making a purchase at the store.
