Disgusting and abrasive service

Received the most DISGUSTING , APPAULING and APPAULING service from the manager by the name of Mac Beemer at New World Menlyn . He refused to refund my mom and I for speakers purchased and was completely abrasive , aggressive and unhelpful . This establishment should be held accountable and shut down . Zero regard for its customers . What a vile man .
