First impressions are vital for the survival of any business. This is something that New World at Menlyn Mall should take note of and seriously consider.

I am unsure why New World would make themselves available via telephone because it is absolutely futile, the call keeps reverting back to the lady who answered it in the first place after putting me through to a different department each time, this is if the phone line didn't just cut off. The staff has appalling telephone etiquette and below par communication s****s.

I do not care how good your products or prices are, if your staff is rude and *********** I am not going to do business with you.
