Bad service only promises

Cameras out of order for about 4 months. The owner either doesn't reply on messages or makes empty promises. I really struggle to get service from them. <br> <br> During the months that we reported the problem they promised to come and fix the problem and still nothing happened. <br> <br> It is a lot of money spent for something that doesn't work.
