Paid for **********

My car alternator stopped charging and was making noise, and Tow company dropped of my car at Vaal Motors on Thursday afternoon to fix or replace alternator. Was told that the wiring was burnt on the alternator and will cost R1983. Paid and Picked up my car on Friday afternoon and drove for bout 5 km and the noise came back on the alternator. Could not drive back since they were closed and not opening over weekend. When I got to a B&B I checked if there were any siget of alternator being opened, to my dismay both bolts on alternator still had layer of old dirt proving it was never touched or opened. So how did they fiX it ??? I called mercedes spare for a new alternator and would cost me R1983 for a new one,,why did New Vaal motors not put new alternator for the price? now will have to drive back home (Pretoria ) with this problem, this is ****** **********. I love mercede benz cars but people who are dealing or providing this service don't have pride in this company or Mercedes products . Can I get a response please
