Dealer does not want to accept damaged vehicle
took delivery of the vehicle on the 02 January 2014 9:30pm at night while I was driving the car flashed the transmission light detailing that it needs to be serviced and park assist was disabled and not functioning.

I called the sales person (Damian) and he advised to bring the car back on Saturday the 3rd to have it checked by the workshop.

On Monday I asked what was the problem with the vehicle and the service manager explained to me that there was a software update that was not done in the vehicle. But he was not sure if it was not done or not.
He also explained to me that he picked up some noise while he was test driving the vehicle and he has resolved that problem as well. On 7 Jan while driving the vehicle I noticed another sound. on 08 Jan to ask for feedback and he advised me to bring car back. one of the features on the vehicle was not working and I had to take the vehicle back to the workshop. I took the vehicle on 17 Feb 2015 and on 25 February I was told to come back and take the vehicle back because they cannot fix what the problem is and will send a request to JEEP so that the problem can be solved. Can you assist to get the dealer to take back the car
