Bad workmanship on vehicle

<p>I took my car to replace the pulley, the car is still under motorplan. They gave me the invoice which states that the pulley has been replaced with a new one. The next day my car made the same noise as before, but only worse. I called them and they said they will come back to me, it has been 2 months and they still did not come back to me. This is truly the worst service I have ever had. My car is still not right, and they are doing nothing about it.</p>
