They damage your vehicle while repairing it!

I am very disappointed in New Vaal Motors Vereeniging! My parents took their 2005 Vito 115 CDI there on two different occasions to have the electric window switch on the passenger side replaced and to have the aircon blower fan replaced. Poor workmanship and careless staff seems to be the order of the day!

We only discovered the damage recently (The abovementioned work was done a while ago...) when we had to let another private technician work on the vehicle. We then realized that the spline securing the top of the interior door handle was not fitted/refitted after their work, the clips securing the door trim was also broken and not replaced! The shelf on top of the dashboard was broken while they were fitting the blower as well as the trim piece covering the aircon vent on top of the instrument cluster was broken (I noticed this upon collecting the car but was informed that unless their technician reported damage, there is nothing that can be done! I decided not to make a fuss about this, it being an older car which we often park in the sun)

More recently when I occupied the front passenger seat, I noticed the door handle was giving way and the door trim was very loose. Our technician informed us of the damage before he even started working on the car and asked us to stand by to witness the damage which he is not responsible for... It is just shocking to see that a respected dealership/service centre would let a vehicle out of their workshop in such condition!

NEVER, NEVER AGAIN WILL I TAKE A VEHICLE TO THEM!
