Purchasing of a vehicle

I had a bad experience with Plaza Motors in Vereeniging, Gauteng. I bought a vehicle from them in March 2019, ever since I have struggled to put the vehicle on my name. They told me the vehicle was s****ped because owner change was not made within 21 days. All the papers given to me was in order and showed the vehicle was on the road. Recently I have received the correct paper work which stated the vehicle was s****ped before I bought it. S****ped date was 22 February 2019, I bought the vehicle 2 March 2019. As far as I am concerned this is *****. I want to warn people before buying a vehicle from them to make sure all is in order. When phoned the owner, his attitude was arrogant and not helpful at all. Told me I can do what ever I want to. This is unexceptable. Bad service and *****.
