A huge shame to New Vaal Motors (Bethlehem )

1) I took my Jeep Cherokee in for service and one of the repair managers bumped my car and I was told it would be fixed, a year and half later it hasn't.

2) I took my car again to the same dealership for a service check and I was offered a service fee cost. I gave consent for my car to be serviced and when I went to pick it up it had raddled noise to it. I alerted the dealership service manager when I picked it up and was told that my car would be attended to in 2 weeks.

2 weeks past and they told me to buy a new or second hand engine to get my car fixed. I told the dealership that my car was running well when it came there and I ONLY service my car with them. The person who was working my car got fired because he had massed up my car and other clients cars, but still new vaal didn't want to take responsibility for my car and tried to negotiate a pathetic deal with me dealing me to pay 100k and they would cover labour.

I took my complaint to Chrysler SA but they did not seem interested with my complaint. The dealership Principle ignored me and also tried ***** skims to protect themselves from fixing my car.

I have all corresponding emails with them. The lady who worked in the service department even told the DP that she witnessed my car coming in for service with no noises and still remembered the incidence but little was done to helping me.

As I write this, the dealership hasn't contacted me or bothered to find way forward with me. It sits a year and half since my jeep has been with the dealership
