New trend autobody - poor service

I had met in an accident in September 2017 and sent my vehicle for repairs at a shop called newtrend autobody. they kept my car until may 30th 2018. forced me to pay for repairs at 130 000 rands. or he wouldn't release my car and insists I pay 32000 more. the owner, nickey Naidoo, blantantly **** and falsified invoices to parts in the car. He placed cheap parts and tripled their prices on the invoice. his wife, Udeshni Naidoo, managing director gave me nasty calls when I complained about the quality of work. He charged me for brand new parts but placed my old functional parts back in the car.

And since I confronted him on the issues, he had evaded my calls and returned back to his Durban shop on chris hani road.

He cannot be found at his shop in B2 hammer road, Strijdom park, Johannesburg.

This is the worst service I have ever received from a panel beater. And is yet to be resolved.
