Service beyond the pale

Good day, I just want to inform you that, the level of service i have recieved from this company is beyond the pale. I have never been so upset, i have paid thousands for renovations to my house and nothing is done the way i requested. My camera system is not working and every time, when i contact the person responsible he does not answer his phone or he sends me rude messages with excuses. I need help please i feel that i have paid alot of money and have not received a service. Jacqui
