New Seal con artists

We had our severe damp issues at our home, which were supposedly sorted a few years ago. Romano, the owner gave us a 10 year warranty. He told me to my face that we would never have a damp problem ever again. The cost was ridiculously expensive, but we decided that it was worth it if it fixed the damp. 2 years later the damp is back worse than ever before. My husband called Romano, he kept saying he would come over to look but still waiting a year later. Con artists of note - please do never allow them anywhere your home. Our neighbour also used them and also has damp issues again.
