Humiliation fromfor asking for the morning after pill

Yesterday 10 June 2020 I went to new redruth pharmacy as the pharmacy I prefer, was already closed. I had no choice but to go to the one that is still open which was new redruth pharmacy. I never have an issue or ever questioned or lectured nor refused to be given the morning after pill at the pharmacy I usually prefer to go to as I never had or have problems with them, so as Inwalked into new redruth pharmacy, a lady came to assist me asking me what I would like to have after I gave my medical aid details, and not thinking it as weird because a white male pharmacist was sitting there as well, listening to what I need and whils telling the lady i want the emergency contraceptive. She immediately assisted me and as she was busy getting me the pill, the male pharmacist jumps up and interrups telling me that they can only dispence this pill to me once and of i come there again, they cannot give it to me again as they will have to reffer me to a gynie. Of which ofcourse I will have to wait about a month in advance for an appointment. He saw me being a bit confused as Inhave never heard of such and that they will refuse dispencing this pill to is I do come there again for a second time. Then the lady gives me the price as she expected me to pay cash for it, where I know I usually get it on my medical aid. And I told her she must put it on my medical aid please. She then looked at me and said I can't and it will not accept on medical aid. She put it through and the male pharmacist just standing there making me feel even more uncomfortable, watching the screen as they await my medical aid to accept or reject. And there it goes through on my medical aid. Yet again he had to make a last comment by repeating....."yes but only this once we are to give it to you, we cannot a next time because then we are gonna refer you tona gynie. I was so embaressed when I left that pharmacy. I had to have a breather for a moment in my car as I did not expect that from them. Usually the other pharmacy gives me a form to fill out stating that I am still within the 72 hours etc. NEW REDRUTH PHARMACY had no such form. Just being told off and making me feel like a total odiot after walking ot there. Is this behaviour allowed from pharmacists. And are the allowed to tell you that you can only be given this pill once and the next time you will have to be reffered to a gynie? Then what? You have to wait in line for a gynie for a month then it is too late because the male pharmacist did not want to dispence the pill to you. Because of the fact that is is only for "emergency" he stated in brackets ..........this is pathetic and I will never be seen in that pharmacy ever again.
