New Pools Pty Ltd ****

In April 2025 I gave Adrian from New Pools the go-ahead to renovate my swimming pool with work to commence on the 14th of that month. When he arrived to do the assessment he was full of good ideas and really seemed to know his subject.

The problems started after I paid Adrian his required deposit before commencement of work. A month later work had not yet started due to many postponements (he suddenly had to be in hospital to have his appendix removed was one of many excuses) and empty promises from him. To this effect and not wanting to be messed around longer I informed Adrian that I no longer required his services and I need my deposit returned. Apologising profusely Adrian readily agreed to return my deposit immediately. I also blame my stupid self because at the outset I accepted a Whatsapp quotation despite giving him my email address as well as being oblivious to the fact he never once supp**** his surname and only goes by 'Adrian.'

It is now September and I am still awaiting my deposit paid back to me despite countless guarantees from Adrian that my money will be returned.

I came to the conclusion a while back that this little parasite, Adrian (probably not his real name) does this type of con regularly as his name has come up more than once on the HelloPeter forum which I should have checked first before giving him the green light! He is sly in that he keeps our Whatsapp conversations going with promises such as: 'Sincere apologies, been in meetings but will sort you out by Friday.' So the blatant lies go on........
