Avoid at all cost! They'll take your money then disappear!

Avoid dealing with this company at all costs. After a very friendly home visit and promises of excellent weekly service, they accepted our money for a new creepy crawly and then disappeared with our money and creepy. This was over a month ago. The owner (Adrian) has a long list of excuses of why he can't drop off one product and hasn't responded to our request to collect it from him. He promptly acknowledged that he owes us this product and after confirming dates and times for delivery, he either doesn't turn up or comes up with an excuse 5 minutes before the agreed time. He has now avoided our calls and does not pick up when we try to reach him. Do not trust this person or company. They are *****sters. We have now started legal action against them to recoup either the creepy or the money paid for it. Avoid dealing with them, your money and effort trying to get your product or money back is just not worth it.
