Lost drivers license in a capable hands of security guards

I lost my drivers license in a capable hands of one of their guards in New Nthati Security Services contracted to Joscho working at Union Square building in 80 Plein Street Johannesburg.They collect Identity Documents from visitors entering the premises and return them upon visitors departure. Unfortunately i didnt find my drivers license when i wanted to leave. It was searched where they putting them and they didnt find it and they assumed maybe it was given to someone by mistake.So i had to leave without it and i noted down the matter in their books for attention of Supervision to see as the guards on duty were not willing to report it and he wasnt even interested helping in finding it or at least report it to their Seniors. So i took initiative and seek numbers of their Supervisor who keep on promising that his Manager will call but nothing happened to date. So i want them to give me my drivers license back asap as i do not want to find myself paying tickets that i do not have. This is South Africa where people use other people's documents for their own good. Peter please step in
