Worst insurance

I’ve never made a claim with new national since I took out the insurance... every month the debit went off without fail, the one time I claim for a minor accident, they want to charge me 3k extra on my excess because the accident did not involve a 3rd party... it’s really stupid it does not make sense... definitely changing insurance
