The Worst Insurance Company ever

Guys please advise me, these *****ed and wicked hearted people called New National Insurance are suddenly colluding with Mandos(A known parts shop) to hold my car hostage and demand a ransom from me. I had an accident close to 3 months back and these people said they were investigating my accident all this time, and not to my surprise they rejected my claim.

They first told me my car is a write off and demanded I offer them documents to settle it, which to me didn’t sound right as they had initially not even had a panelbeater/ repairer look at my car..

I am now trying to take my car so I can repair it on my own but they are now saying I need to pay Mandos for keeping my car all this time when I clearly stated from the first place that I do not appreciate my car being towed to Mandos and insisted on keeping my car there. They are now making me liable for storage costs plus they are not offering to tow my car to my place but they have continued to collect all their premiums all these 3 months my car has been with them.

I am devastated and I do not know which route to go.
