Not Worried about Hello Peter reviews

New National Insurance clearly doesn't worry about the Hello Peter reviews , because if they were they would have tried their best to get all the 1 star reviews sorted out. The excuses are endless and my wife has difficulty getting hold of people . I have now intervened, let's see how long it takes them to sort out our query. Maybe the next step should be Carte Blanche or one of those programs to look into their business practices
