Unprofessional, dishonest and disrespectful

Well this is the worst service we have ever received. The whole management and workers of this start-up logistics company are full of lies and can never be trusted. So we were relocating from Witbank to Johannesburg and we thought it would be good to support this small company but I regret ever taking that decision. So on the day of moving the driver and 2 assistants arrived at my place early enough(07:30) with no packing boxes although they were paid for. I called the manager Ntokozo and she said she would bring the packing boxes at 10pm (1st lie). I followed up at 11am and she told me she would not bring the boxes and we must pack our stuff in black refuse bags. We ended up packing our clothes into duvet covers and the packing team did not have any urgency. They finally finished packing at 14:15 and at 14:30 they left the Witbank house heading for Johannesburg. They promised they would arrive at our Johannesburg house at 16:30 (lie 2). We drove ahead of them and we arrived at 15:45 and we waited. We called the driver and he wouldn't answer the phone. We then called Ntokozo again and she only told us then that they had another delivery to do in Brakpan. She however promised the that they would arrive in Boksburg (my house) before 6pm (lie 3). At 6:30 another guy claiming to be the Operations manager called to say the truck will be at my house in 15mins (lie 4). My wife followed up again with Ntokozo at 19:30 and after running out of lies, Ntokozo started shouting at my wife claiming that she is putting a lot of pressure on her. She even used words that can not be typed here. We could even hear a person in the background trying to cool her down. As I type now at 20:20, I still haven't received my furniture and my young kids are miserably sleeping on the floor. I JUST DONT KNOW WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY FURNITURE. Bottom line, STAY FAR AWAY from New Motion Logistics, thay are just unprofessional
