Debt clearance

Since 2008 i was under debt review at at the mentioned debt counsellors. During October 2018 i settled all my debt in full through New Millennium Debt counselors.On 30 th of October i received a clearence sertificate from them. On the 5th of November i was informed by the Debt counselors that my name will be cleared from transunion in 30 days. I check today that it’s not done Please assist
