Videographer - Marko Smit / New Media Films

Warning to all brides and grooms looking for a videographer - stear clear from Marko Smit / New Media Films. Marko outsourced videographers (without telling us) who filmed our wedding, not having any details (not even names) of the outsourced videographers a long battle arose between us and Marko as Marko **** about having break-ins and that all our footage was at least saved on the cloud and then all of a sudden that all of our footage was lost. It then finally came out that Marko was not paying the outsourced videographers and they were therefore not releasing the footage - whilst we've paid Marko in full. After many promises and lies, contacting Marko's parents, and sending him formal letters of demand and opening a small claims court matter - we managed to finally get our wedding video directly from the outsourced videographers (who had no clue of the battle between us and Marko) almost a year after our wedding.
